Q: How can I order through your website?
A: On every page for a specific DVD there's a button that says “Add to Cart”. Clicking on this will place the item in your online shopping cart. From there you can either Continue Shopping or Checkout to complete the order.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Our online shopping cart is 100% secure and we will never share or sell your personal information.
Q: Why must I give my CVV number for my credit card?
A: Your CVV number helps to ensure that you are in fact the owner of the card that you are purchasing with. Almost all online sites require this in order to protect the card owner as well as the store from fraud. The CVV number is usually located on the back of your card and is a three-digit number.
Q: My card was rejected, what should I do?
A: Credit card companies frequently reject an order due to a variety of reasons. If your order is declined, we will send you an e-mail letting you know. To solve this problem it usually just takes a quick phone call to your credit card company to authorize the transaction.
Questions About Shipping
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on several factors, including the product ordered, shipping address, package weight, etc.
Q: How long will it take me to receive my package?
A: We ship all orders 24-72 hours after they are received and they'll take 7-10 days to arrive at your house. After your order has been successfully processed, we'll send you an e-mail confirming that your package has been sent. Included in this e-mail will be a tracking number which allows you to track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your house.
Q: Do you ship to anywhere other than the US?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to over 100 countries.
Refunds and Cancellations
Q: What is your policy on returns?
A: You may return your DVDs within 30 days of your purchase for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping feeds are not refundable.
Q: Will my DVD player play these DVDs?
A: All of our DVDs are region free which means they should play properly on all types of DVD players, from gaming systems like the Playstation or Xbox to standalone DVD players.
Q: What happens if I receive a defective disc?
A: If you receive a disc that is defective, please Contact Us with your order information and the defective disc number and we will provide you with a free replacement.

Q: How can I contact your customer service?
A: Please visit our Contact Us page and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Q: It's been longer than 24 hours and I haven't received a response. Why is this?
A: If you've sent a question to customer service and haven't received a reply it may be in your “Spam/Junk” mail box. Please check there for a reply and add our e-mail address to your safe list in order to ensure that you receive future e-mails from us.
